  We just moved to the state, this place is close to us and takes out insurance. Registration is the face of your company so when they are rude, cut you off, AND transfer you 7 times to schedule an apt; it is a clear indication of the poor quality of your establishment. The final 2 transfers where to numbers that no longer worked so after I call them back and explained this they gave me a 1800 number to call for general scheduling. Guess what.... that registration lady also said I need to transfer you we cannot schedule for Pediatrics they are specialty types of visits. So after 45 mins (!!) on just this one call (over 1hr 30mins grand total with everyone) I reached a lady that scheduled us an apt with a non-pediatrician- lol. What a nightmare. I have run medical offices before and this kind of service would never be acceptable nor tolerated. What an embarrassment for new patients to have to deal with let alone the doctors you work for.
